Meet the Founders Behind the Formula

After a struggle with her fish tank, Jen Moore, a mom of two, came upon an innovative solution for her two-year-old's oozing, bleeding diaper rash after a round of antibiotics. Pediatrician Gina Herrmann had been experimenting with this same condition in her practice. The two met, and together, they created CoolBottoms®!

Along the way, other uses were discovered. In nurse and physician testing, it was confirmed that skin irritations responded well to the formulation(s). It was discovered that the formulations had multiple uses for cooling comfort in the areas of diabetic foot care, elder care, eczema care, and special needs children benefitted too. So the fairy-themed brand NeutrapHor® (the Dream Cream) was created.

In 2016, CoolBottoms® and NeutrapHor® experienced the sale of its only manufacturer in Texas which for a time made it impossible to make the product, and it's taken years to bring the product back to life and availability. For Gina, who is now head of her practice in Arvada Colorado, it's exciting. To Jen, the founder, it's been her life's work!
